Submitted material may be reviewed by authorised operators, matched against public opportunities, indexed for public corpus search when accepted, and removed if it violates intake or content policy.

The public assistant and opportunity listings are informational support tools. Authoritative procurement instructions, deadlines, and eligibility requirements remain on the cited source systems.
