ORION public intake collects only the contact handle and submission content needed to triage an opportunity, idea, paper, or guidance request. Public submission references are safe to share; contact details stay in the local operator triage store.

Public search and assistant requests are logged with a request identifier, route metadata, and short operational fields for abuse monitoring. Logs do not intentionally store full public message bodies.

Requests for access, correction, export, or deletion can cite the submission reference returned by the public intake API.
